How to lead with care and compassion to service clients

My main piece of advice for families that want to purchase a home is to focus on your financing. A lot of people are not prepared for the financial barriers that can block entry to homeownership. Make sure you know what those barriers are and how you can overcome them with a concise plan one of the main barriers that I see include credit health and savings. If you can create a foundation where you know your financial stance then it’s much easier to purchase at home, I recommend the book by Tiffany Aliche get good with money.
