How do I secure a session
Once you have selected your branding session type, you can submit it via the contact form to start the process. A retainer is needed to secure the date on the calendar.
What's the difference between a color corrected image and a retouch?
All images prodvided in your gallery will be color corrected. This means that we have adjusted the images to ensure you are left with a high-quality image. A retouched image is one that removes the imperfections on your face and enhances your skin.
Do you photoshop images?
It is best that we get the image right in the camera as much as possible. While photoshopping images is possible, it is done at an additional fee to the client.
How do you accept payment?
All payment is accepted via square invoice. Retainers are required to secure and hold your appointment. Failure to pay retainer in a timely manner can put your date at risk.
How long are my images available?
Your images are available for download for a 90 day time period (weddings are available for one year). Your images can be downloaded unlimited times during that time period. Clients can purchase a year extension for an additional investment.
What's a raw image? Can I have mine?
A raw image is an unedited picture file that a photographer takes. In order to view them, you need special software on your computer. We offer a separate package for clients who want to purchase their raws.
