What is the wedding booking process?
A.Inquiry: Fill out the Contact Form & we will reply within 24- 48 hours.
Consultation: We'll schedule a Zoom meeting to talk about your needs & to see what package fits you best.
Contract & Retainer: We will create a contract and deposit for your big day. A retainer must be secured in order to hold your date. Failure to pay your retainer will not hold your date.
Planning Process: Once a deposit has been paid, we will begin with the planning process and get all of the key details. We will send you a questionnaire of all of the critical photos you would like to have on your day. ** If your package comes with an engagement session, we will plan your engagement session also.
Wedding & Delivery: On the day of the event, we capture beautiful imagery. Your gallery will be delivered 4-6 weeks after your wedding date. Because we live in a digital day and age, a select number of images will be sent to you 48-72 hours after your wedding so that you may post them on social media. Your wedding gallery will be sent via an online gallery link.
What if we need additional time on the date of my wedding?
A.Things happen. While we strive to stay on time as much as possible, we understand one small thing can throw off an entire timeline. On your big day, we allow for a 30-minute buffer if things run behind according to the timeline. Anything beyond that we will charge hourly based upon your package which will be outlined in your contract.
How do you accept payment?
A.We accept all major credit/debit cards via Square invoice. Your wedding package will be broken down into installments with the final payment being due on the day of the wedding.
Is YRN Photography Insured?
A.Yes, we have a $1M commercial liability policy provided by Professional Photographers of America & Lockton Affinity.
